What to expect:
Teams will receive our renowned Escape Mate hospitality, with a warm welcome and snacks at the ready. All bookings come with a selection of snacks and refreshments for the team to enjoy prior to their escape room experience.
Once you are ready to go, our Games Master host will begin your exciting mission briefing to ensure that everyone is clued up and ready to save the world. We will assign some roles to the team to help with the mission before heading into your investigation zone.
Once underway, you and your team will have 60 minutes to navigate your way through all of the puzzles inside, interacting with awesome and unique contraptions and devices in order to ultimately save the world!
Once you have escaped, you and your team will have an opportunity to take a team photo in front of one of our amazing backdrops to keep the memory of your world saving mission!
All bookings take approximately 90 minutes to complete from start to finish, including your briefing and team photos.
Who can play?
Our rooms are suitable for all ages from 8 years and up. All of our puzzles and challenges can be solved using logic, deduction and the clues available in the room, meaning no prior knowledge is necessary before entering. All of our rooms are monitored by your games master who is available for clues and will keep the team on track throughout your mission.

Where are you based?
Our main office is based at the lower level of Aviation House at 12 Johnston Street. Our Ancient Temple and Spaceship rooms are located here.
Our Atlantis room is based at 195 Victoria Street.
What are your open hours?
We are open 9.30pm til late every day of the week We will be available for walk-ins til 8pm each day, so please book online for games past 8pm.
How long will my team have?
Once your countdown to destruction has begun, you and your team will have 60 minutes to navigate your way through all of the puzzles inside, interacting with awesome and unique contraptions and devices to ultimately complete the mission and save the day!

Will there be hints?
All of our rooms are monitored by your games master who is available for clues and will keep the team on track throughout your mission. There are no penalty, not limits for asking for hints. As your games masters it is our duty that you will able to successfully complete your mission and save the day!
Will i be locked in?
You will not be locked inside our rooms and can step out of the room at any time.

Can kids play?
We recommend our games for players aged 8 and up. However, for children 12 and under, an adult must participate in the game alongside them. The accompanying adult plays at no extra cost.
Children under 7 are welcome to join their family or friends in the game. Please note that some game elements may not be suitable for younger players, and not all equipment is designed to be safe for them to handle.
Can I purchase Gift Cards?
Yes, click on the GIFT CARD button and add the value that you wish to gift. This value can be any amount and will be valid forever, for any of our games.
What game would you recommend for what groups?
We usually recommend the Temple for couples, duos, small groups and children. We recommend the Spaceship and Atlantis for larger groups.
The Spaceship is very intriguing for sci-fi fans and players that are keen to experience a fully automated game with no locks, that is purely based on interactive, action-based puzzles.
We usually recommend Atlantis for teams that enjoy bit of an extra challenge, or those who are intrigued by gorgeous and artistic set designs. Atlantis is our largest room, spread across 100 square meters and it is jammed with puzzles.
What if I have health issues?
Please note that our games contain many electronics, and electromagnetic locks, that can interfere with some devices.
What to bring?
Your wits, smiles, your mates, your folks and good vibes. Also shoes please. We love high heels, but they might slow you down.
What if my team is running late?
We are prepared to deal with minor delays, but if your team arrives with more than 30 minutes delay, we won't be able to run your game, and we will have to cancel your booking. Unfortunately we will still have to charge full price, as the booking time had been taken and our staff had been summoned to manage your game.
Is the game too hard for my team?
All of our games are perfect for first-timers, though the level of difficulty varies based on the size of your team.
The difficulty of each game is determined by how many puzzles a single player would need to solve within an hour. Our friendly and experienced Game Masters will be monitoring your progress and are happy to provide hints if you get stuck. If necessary, we can often offer a bit of extra time to help you complete your mission.
What if we can't complete the game in an hour?
No worries! Our experienced and kind Game Masters will watch your mission and will help you out with hints when you get stuck. We usually are able to provide a little extra time, when needed.
What if we are unsure of the final team size?
Feel free to book for the minimum amount of players that you think will attend. We can always add extra players to your booking, and they will be able to pay on-site, by eft-pos of cash money.
